Yes, we are. We’ve been busy.
We missed H/D Hols but we haven’t completely missed the Dracotops_Harry fest. My partner completely neglected to post about it, though. So we’re doing it now.
We never did get around to tagging Mirror of Erised by it’s title so it can all by found under the doujinshi tag. Click here and you can read it in chronological order. :D

Top!Draco is truly an awesome way to go about it, which would be the short explanation for why I love it so much.
/personal mod story/ I feel like before I got into drarry there was a huge fanbase that only liked top!Draco and then everyone either dropped off the face of the earth or started like Harco
/personal opinion/ There should be a standard that Harco is used for top!Harry and Drarry is used for top!Draco…but for some reason when I bring this up to top!Harry fans they blow up in my face and I casually slink aways back in hiding…

No. D8 This sounds interesting despite being so vage. Harry as a janitor…xDD Isaac has told me about a fic where Harry uses a broom to relieve himself, would that be related in any way??

Hmm well there is the fic I read in the last anon’s ask
but to be honest, work has been bearing down on me lately and also the prospect that I might be moving out! (all in all wish me luck I would love to move out) has caused me to not even be able to catch up on some of my shows. I even forgot to stop for five seconds and charge my phone the other day!

This is actually the first fic EVER that I made a “pros and cons” list for. Reason being: it had a lot of clashing head canons for me but it also had a lot of things I decided “Oh that’s cute; I’ll add that to my headcanons now!”

Now let’s get started on how I personally feel about this fic then, shall we? Don’t worry I’ll also rate it from the POV of…not myself.
Myself
As I was reading it I hit the first “clashing headcanon” and that just means I ran into a headcanon the author might have or have put in the story that I don’t like or care for all too much. I don’t kick up a lot of dirt about this view though because it’s a pretty popular one so I just go find a new fic. It’s the idea that Harry has fans, generally, it’s accepted among top!Harry and top!Draco fans that Harry still has a fanclub after he defeats Voldemort. I don’t, to keep my answer simple. I kept reading in the hopes it wouldn’t get silly.
The next thing I don’t like is other characters! When Draco or Harry or something are with a made up character! I don’t know I just don’t like that idea. By now I’m thinking, “If Draco or Harry announces they are pregnant I am outtie…” (disclaimer: this is an opinion! There is nothing wrong with liking mpreg in fact the other mod does!)
But…the plot was pretty well versed. The sex scene was cheesy as heck though oh man.
I think the thing that saved this for me is /drumroll???/
In this fic, Draco doesn’t like sex. He states something along the lines of never liking it and having not had sex since he was about a sixth year. He also goes on to say he’s fine with not having sex. I just…I don’t know if it’s just me but this whole fic screamed “Draco is asexual”. Which caused me to start a side headcanon of “What if Draco is asexual or something? I mean everyone just rolls with him being this sex god but WHAT IF MAN”
All in all I personally give this a 3/5
From the POV of the average fan maybe
It had a good plot, it was funny especially in the beginning, and the sex scene was cute in how Harry was worrying and Draco’s confession stuff at the end.

But seriously though, don’t see my rating and then NOT read it. Just go read it and rate it yourself!

I am the only mod on right now, the other mod has been having computer issues (earlier this week it wouldn’t even turn back on and by the time it came back on a few days later she was close to accepting her fate of only being able to watch TV as a form of entertainment for the next couple years!)
And I didn’t want to just leave this ask here because all the others I could easily answer. To put it frank: I would feel as if I was just ignoring you anon and I didn’t want that.
But…I am actually the mod that doesn’t read mpreg…
The other one enjoys crack fics and mpreg and all sorts of things I don’t enjoy. Personal preference and all that hoo-haa.
I will alert her of this request and I’ll have her log in and post a few recs for fics will mpreg and lots of smut while I am at work!
Again, I am sorry I can’t entirely fill your request but I am not just ignoring it. If she can’t I will scour the internet for any I can find that I might end up liking.
Hmm yes I did, actually to be honest Harry Potter is such a huge recognizable fandom that there are multiple live journals devoted solely to top!Draco (and much to my dismay; many that are top!Harry)
There are many that are both, even. However, more often than not these “combined” groups show a preference for top!Harry. I actually don’t like to think of it like that I just like to think of it as “top!Harry fans jump at the idea of a combined group” because I’ve sadly noticed there aren’t any devoted-to-top!Harry groups.
I’m getting off track oh no!
Point being: there are too many to count on one hand just like there are too many drarry and harco tumblrs to count on one hand (and even though we realize this, we still take pride in the fact we are one of the few devoted to only top!Draco)

It should prove to be handy and I have placed it in my tabstack for drarry fics, pics, and resources! Thank you for adding to it I felt a little bad because a browser crash deleted a few :(
No problem, especially on our parts!
It bothers me how if I was talking with my younger self I would find that my younger self would eat top!Harry up with a spoon :(
But I realize that back then (back then being five years ago) I was under the impression that shorter meant bottom, slightly feminine meant bottom, smaller build meant, you guessed it, bottom
As I grew up I slowly shed those strict relationship ideas to the point that Draco can walk around in a dress for all I care and I would still find it a better choice for him to top ;D
(but actually as a disclaimer: this is my view on a fictional couple. In no way do I advocate the idea that real life relationships work in the “one tops one bottoms” idea)
